Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour....1 cup
  2. Left over khichdi...1/2 cup
  3. salt and ajwain to taste
  4. ghee to roast


  1. Knead a dough with wheat flour, khichdi, salt and ajwain and give it a rest of 8 to 10 minutes
  2. Make a ball from the dough , flatten it and roll with a rolling pin
  3. Roast with the help of desi ghee and enjoy with your choice of accompaniment
