Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi 1 packet
  2. Onion chopped 1 big
  3. Capsicum chopped 1
  4. Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
  5. Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Sat to taste
  7. Pepper 1 tsp
  8. Ajinomoto 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
  11. Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  12. Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  13. Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  14. Vinegar 2 tbsp
  15. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  16. Oil 2 tsp
  17. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Make simple maggi as usual
  2. Cool it down
  3. Put maggi in a bowl add onions,carrot, capsicum,cabbage and mix it well
  4. Add salt , pepper and cornflour 1 tbsp
  5. Mix it well and make balls
  6. Deep fry the balls and keep aside
  7. In a pan add 2 tsp oil,lighlt fry the ginger and garlic saute for a min
  8. Add green chillies, onion saute for a min
  9. Add capsicum and saute for a min
  10. Add salt, pepper,ajinomoto, and sauces
  11. Add 1 cup water and give a good boil
  12. Add cornflour mix with water 2 tbsp
  13. And make a thick gravy
  14. Add balls and .mix well
  15. Garnish and serve hot
