Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl leftover khichdi
  2. 2 onion finely chopped
  3. 2 potaoes boiled
  4. 1 tomato finely chopped
  5. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  6. 1/2 cup water
  7. 2 spoon butter
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 2 spoon pavbhaji masala
  10. 1/4 cup lemon juice
  11. 1 packet pav buns


  1. Heat butter in a wok
  2. Add onion and saute for 5 minutes
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until soften
  4. Add mashed potatoes and peas
  5. Add pavbhaji masala and stir for 1 minute
  6. Add salt and water and let it boil for 1 minute
  7. Add leftover khichdi and lemon juice
  8. Mash with a masher
  9. Stir until it thickens
  10. Switch off the flame
  11. Cut buns from middle and apply butter
  12. Shallow fry buns on hot pan
  13. Serve bhaji with buns ,onion slices and lemon slice
