Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/2 kg paneer
  2. 4-5 onions cut into slices
  3. 3-4 Tomato cut into slices
  4. 4-5 capsicum cut into slices
  5. 400 gm hung curd
  6. 2 T easpoon chilli powder
  7. 1 Tablespoon Chaat Masala
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper Powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  11. 3-4 cloves
  12. 1 teaspoon cinimon
  13. 3-4 Long
  14. 1 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala

Instructions

  1. Hung The curd for 12hrs or for 2-4hrs .
  2. Make powder of Cinimmon, long,cloves. Now add this to Hung curd with Chilli powder,Chaat masala(optional) , Garam masala .
  3. Now leave this for 5 - 10 Mins.
  4. Till the time saute the paneer for 5 mins till it gets slight red and brown in colour .
  5. Now put these paneer cubes in the batter
  6. Leave it for another 20 mins .
  7. Now Take a nonstick pan and saute....Now After it gets saute Put them into Bamboo sticks
  8. It's Ready Have it with Green chutney(optional)....:relaxed:️:relaxed:️
