Yesterday i made aalu matar sandwich. 1cup of masala is leftover i think what should make from this else than paratha or anything . I think to make tikki. After 10minutes i remember i also have boiled rice in freeze so try to make sizzler for lunch

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup potato Masala (aalu and matar Masala)
  2. 1/2 cup grated beetroot
  3. 2 Cheese cube
  4. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  5. 2 tbsp Oil
  6. For Rice:
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 1 cup boiled basmati rice
  9. 1/4 cup boiled corn kernal
  10. 1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Black paper powder 2 pinch
  13. For Sauce :
  14. 1/2 cup sezwan sauce
  15. 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
  16. 1 tsp vinegar
  17. 1 tsp soya sauce
  18. 1 tsp oil
  19. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  20. Blanch vegetable (brocoli, French beans, carrot, cauliflower)
  21. 1 tbsp Butter
  22. 1 tsp butter for saute veggies
  23. Salt and paper for veggies
  24. Potato French fries (I used ready pack)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add potato Masala, beetroot salt Mix well
  2. Make a tikki and put cheese cube in tikki
  3. Rub in bread crumbs and shellow fry in oil till golden brown
  4. Tikki is ready
  5. Heat 1 tbsp oil or butter in a pan
  6. Add capsicum in oil
  7. Cook for 1 minute and add boiled sweet corn
  8. Add boiled rice and salt as per taste
  9. Add black paper powder
  10. Cook rice for 3 to 4 minutes
  11. Rice is ready
  12. Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan
  13. Add ginger garlic paste in oil
  14. Add tomato ketchup , sezwan sauce , vinegar and soya sauce
  15. Cook sauce for 3 to 4 minutes
  16. For assembling take a sizzler plate
  17. Heat a sizzler plate for 30 minutes
  18. Put cabbage leaves on plate
  19. Assemble rice in a side
  20. Put veggies in opposite of rice
  21. Put potato fries
  22. Put beetroot tikki and pour sauce
  23. Add butter in a hot plate for smoking
  24. Put plate on woollen plate for serving
