Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Ripped banana 1 or 2
  5. Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix wheat flour rice flour, sugar well
  2. Add mashed banana
  3. Add water little by little to make thick and smooth batter
  4. Fry it in a hot oil for 1 min
