Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1l full fat milk
  2. one cup of sugar
  3. 2 cardamom
  4. oil for frying
  5. 4 slices of bread
  6. Dry fruits chopped


  1. cut bread pieces into 4 pieces or as per your requirement
  2. fry the bread pieces
  3. keep them aside on a tissue paper to remove the excess oil
  4. now boil one cup of water with half cup of sugar and 1 cardamom to make sugar syrup
  5. sugar syrup consistency should be single wired
  6. keep it aside
  7. Now boil 1 litre of full fat milk with half cup sugar or as per your taste,1 cardamom in wide mouth vessel. Cardamom add nice flavour.
  8. Keep stirring occasionally on low flame,till it reduces to 1/3rd..Keep aside till it comes to room temperature.
  9. Dip fried bread slices into sugar syrup for 30 minutes before you want to serve.
  10. Take out bread pieces into serving bowl Now finally pour rabdi(boiled and reduced milk) over it
  11. Garnish with dry fruits and serve..
