Rice cake is a very easy proccese of using leftover rice , a yummy dessert also

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 and 1/2 cup Cooked rice
  2. 1/2 cup sugar powder
  3. 1 roughly crushed green cardamom
  4. 2 tablespoon milk powder
  5. 1 tablespoon cornflour
  6. 1 drop vanilla essence
  7. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  8. Milk as per requirement for making batter

Instructions

  1. Fastly grinding the cooked rice and cardamom and make a smooth paste
  2. Now take a bowl and pour rice paste , milk powder , sugar powder , vanilla essence , baking powder and cornflour and mix well with help of adding little milk
  3. Mix well without any lumps and the batter should like idly batter
  4. Now grease a container or any silicon mold and pour batter
  5. Now steam cook for 15 to 20 minutes in slow flame
  6. Check with help of a toothpick or a knife if it's come out clear then switch off the gas
  7. Now cool few minutes and then demold it and serve
