ABOUT Dhaba Style Roti Lasagna with leftovers RECIPE

A recipe that taught me how recipes could have evolved all these days when my cook showed me a picture of lasagna from a local daily magazine and asked me how to make it . i explained in detail layer by layer and told i would give some ingredients for making it . but still there was a hesitation on him which later striked me he dont own a oven. then immediately out of nowhere it got me we had roti and his signature dhaba style paneer that day which he told was remaining a little without any idea. which let me jump in joy and to;d him "come lets make lasagna today!!" thanks to his kid and him for submitting this recipe :) this can be made with any home made curries..tikka gravy..panneer butter masala ..i mean literally any tomato based curry :)
