Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover rice
  2. salt
  3. Sesame oil 3 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  6. Curry leaves
  7. Red chilli 2
  8. Urad dal 2 tsp
  9. Black Sesame seeds 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Dry roast red chilli, urad dal and keep it aside
  2. Dry roast sesame seeds and keep it aside
  3. Cool it and powder it
  4. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds, salt
  5. Add leftover rice and mix well
  6. Add prepared powder and mix it up
