ABOUT Rava Upma Tikki RECIPE

Rava upma, a typical South Indian breakfast / snack is best eaten fresh and piping hot. Once cold the upma becomes quite dense and it doesn't taste so good. But turn them into sizzling tikkis and you'll have everyone clamouring for more.
