Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl left over jeera fry potatoes
  2. 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 cup crushed peanut
  4. 1/2 spoon cumin seeds
  5. 1 table spoon chaat masala
  6. 1 table spoon garam masala
  7. 1 table spoon finely chopped coriander leaves
  8. 2 finely chopped green chillies
  9. 1 spoon butter
  10. 1 big spoon ghee

Instructions

  1. Mash the leftover jeera fry potatoes
  2. Add crushed peanuts in it and mix it well
  3. Add coriander leaves and green chillis in it
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and mix
  5. Add cumin seeds, chaat masalaand garam masala in it
  6. Mix it well add some butter in it and make small size tikki
  7. Heat a tava Grease with ghee and fry the tikki fro both sides in low flame add the little quantity of ghee over the tikki For taste and crisp
  8. Enjoy with tonato sauce
