Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For stuffing
  2. 1 1/2 cup leftover malai burfi
  3. 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cardomom powder
  5. For dough
  6. 2 cup all purpose flour
  7. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  8. 2 tablespoon melted ghee
  9. Salt to taste
  10. For Syrup
  11. 1 cup sugar
  12. 1 teaspoon cardomom powder
  13. 1/2 cup water
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan add sugar,water and cardomom powder and make little thick syrup.
  2. Take a bowl add all purpose flour, ghee, salt and baking soda and make stiff dough set aside for 20 minutes.
  3. take another small bowl and add malai burfi, chopped dry fruits and mix them well.
  4. make medium sized balls from dough and roll little thick Puri and divide in two parts apply water on the edges and make cone shape .
  5. place 1 tablespoon stuffing into the cones and seal the edges properly.
  6. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry samosas on low flame till golden once done put them on absorbent paper.
  7. dip the samosas in syrup for few minutes .
  8. your sweet samosa is now ready enjoy it hot.
