ABOUT PAV BHAJI MASALA PASTA RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Macaroni .... 1 cup
  2. Red capsicum.. 1
  3. Yellow capsicum .. 1
  4. Green capsicum ... 1
  5. Tomatoes .......... 4-5
  6. Garlic paste ..... 1 tbsp
  7. Red chilli powder .. 1/4 tsp
  8. Pav bhaji masala ... 1 tbsp
  9. Salt .................. to taste
  10. Olive oil .......... 3-4 tbsps

Instructions

  1. Blanch the tomatoes giving light cuts.
  2. Peel and blend them into a puree.
  3. Wash the capsicums and cut into long strips.
  4. Boil the macaroni adding a little salt and a tbsp of oil until almost done. Do not over cook them. Drain the water and set aside. You can mix little oil so that they don't stick.
  5. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and lightly saute the capsicum strips adding a little salt. Remove them into a bowl.
  6. Now add 2 tbsps oil. Saute the garlic and add the tomato puree.
  7. Season with salt, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala.
  8. Saute to mix and tip in the macaroni and the sauteed capsicum strips saving few for garnishing.
  9. Stir well . Garnish with some sauteed capsicum strips and serve immediately.
