Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 dal papad readymade
  2. 1 bowl boiled lobia
  3. 1 bowl boiled white chana or yellow marar
  4. Grated 2 carrots
  5. Chopped 2 cucumber
  6. Chopped 2onion
  7. Chopped 2 tomatoes
  8. Pomegranate seeds 1 bowl
  9. Fruits of your choice
  10. Salt chat masala per taste
  11. Juice of 2 Lemons
  12. Fr tempering
  13. 1 tbsp Oil
  14. Heeng 1/2tsp
  15. Jeera saunf dhania powder garam masala powder lal mirch powder chat masala powder 1 tsp each


  1. Grease micro safe bowl with lil oil
  2. Pat dry on kitchen towel lil wet papads
  3. Then place papad in a greased bowl
  4. Press lil frm the middle
  5. Micro it fr 30 sec
  6. Then take it out after cool it lil
  7. Now temper boiled chana n lobia with oil by adding heeng jeera and all dry masala
  8. Place chana and lobia in papad
  9. Sprinkle dry masala with salt
  10. Arrange chopped veggies with fruits
  11. Sprinkle lime juice
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds
