ABOUT Veggie Pasta RECIPE

Pasta with benefits of veggies and cheese. Pasta cooked with broccoli, carrots and cheese

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pasta 1 cup
  2. Water 2 cups
  3. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  4. Broccoli florets 1/2 cup
  5. Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Mozarrela cheese shredded 1 cup
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as per directions on the box
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add broccoli and carrots , saute
  4. Add little water, cover and cook till 3/4 done
  5. Add veggies to the pasta.
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Add cheese and cook till cheese completely melts
