ABOUT Pasta Tayarsadam style !! RECIPE

I gave a South Indian twist to this pasta....and trust me ...all those who love eating curd rice are surely going to enjoy this pasta.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Elbow pasta - 200 gms
  2. Thick Curd - 1 cup
  3. Ginger - 1/2 inch piece finely chopped
  4. Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
  5. Curry leaves - few
  6. Mustard seeds - 1 tspn
  7. Split urad dal - 1 tspn
  8. Dry Red Chilly -1
  9. Coriander leaves for garnish
  10. Pomegranate kernels- 1 to 2 tbspn
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil - 1 tbspn

Instructions

  1. Follow the instructions given on the pack and boil the pasta.Add little oil in the water while boiling the pasta.
  2. Drain the pasta and keep aside.
  3. Now heat a pan and add oil in it.
  4. When hot add mustard seeds and split urad dal
  5. Then add dry red chilly broken into half and chopped green chilly ,ginger and curry leaves
  6. Saute for a minute.Add salt and then put the boiled pasta....Mix it gently and then turn off the gas.
  7. Now take a bowl ...Put little salt if required....whip the curd and add this to the boiled pasta.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate kernels
  9. Serve immediately
