  1. Moong dal 1 cup
  2. Tender cucumber 1 finely chopped
  3. Salt a pinch
  4. Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Coconut milk 2 cup
  6. Jaggery grated 2 cup
  7. Water 1 ltr

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST MOONG DAL TILL YOU GET A NICE AROMA OR TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  2. ADD IN HOT WATER, COVER AND COOK IN MEDIUM-LOW FLAME, OFTENLY STIR
  3. CHECK THE COOKNESS AND ADD FINELY CHOPPED TENDER CUCUMBER
  4. CHECK THE COOKNESS AND ADD CRUSHED JAGGERY 2 CUP, LET IT DISSOLVES IN LOW FLAME
  5. CARDAMOM POWDER, SALT A PINCH TO GET EXTRA SWEET, COCONUT MILK 2 CUP, IF NECESSARY ADD SOME WATER
  6. STIR WELL, BRING IT TO BOIL ONCE IN LOW-MEDIUM FLAME, DO NOT LEAVE IT FOR OVER BOIL, TAKE OFF FLAME
