Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Flour 1 cup Sunflour Oil : 250 ml Salt
  2. to taste Chana Daal : 100 Gms Grated
  3. ginger : 1/2 tea spoon Whole Jeera 1
  4. pinch roasted Jeere Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. garam masala powder 1 pinch ghee 1/2 te
  6. aspoon dry whole chili 1-2 nos sugar
  7. tblspoon salt : acc to taste
  8. small pcs from coconut slice : 25 Grms

Instructions

  1. 1. Add 1 tblspoon oil , a pinch salt, a pinch sugar with flour, mix well & make a dough with water. keep the dough aside for 10 mins.
  2. 2. In a pressure cooker , put daal , grated ginger, salt & water , Boil & keep aside
  3. 3. In a pan , add ghee ,whole dry chili & whole jeera. Let it splutter.Add coconut & fry till golden brown.
  4. 4 . Add the boiled daal. Bring it to boil . add sugar. it will taste a bit sweet. Sprinkle Roasted jeera powder & Garam Masala powder.Remove from oven & Lid it.
  5. 5. Make small balls from the dough & roll into small circle to make luchi.
  6. 6. Heat plenty of oil in a kadai , when hot, put the luchi & fry . It will look like a bal when done. Do not overcook.
  7. 7. put the daal in a small bowl & put the luchi in a plate. Serve together Hot.
