Ingredients to make Buns

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tap salt
  • 2 cups refined flour
  • 3 tbsp butter

How to make Buns

  1. THE YEAST MILK : 1 CUP LUKEWARM MILK, 1TSP YEAST, 1 TSP SUGAR. MIX AND LEAVE FOR 10 MINUTES.
  2. I HAVE ADDED 2 CUPS REFINED FLOUR, 3 TBSP SUGAR,. 1 TSP SALT AND 1 EGG.
  3. MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  4. ONTO THE KNEAD SURFACE, DUST SOME FLOUR, PLACE THE DPUGH AND START KNEADING
  5. KEEP KNEADING FOR 10 - 15 MINUTES.
  6. PLACE THE DOUGH IN A BOWL AND ALLOW TO REST FOR 2 HOURS.
  7. COVER THE DOUGH PROPERLY. AND ALLOW TO REST IN A WARM PLACE.
  8. THE DOUGH HAS INCREASED IN SIZE AFTER 2 HOURS.
  9. I HAVE MADE FEW BALLS OUT OF THE DOUGH
  10. PLACE THE BALLS IN A GREASED BAKING TRAY.
  11. GREASE THE TOP OF THE BALLS WITH BUTTER
  12. CLOSE AND ALLOW TO REST THE BALLS FOR 45 MINUTES.
  13. AFTER 45 MINUTES, THE BALLS HAVE DOUBLED IN SIZE.
  14. BAKE IN A PREGEATED OVEN @ 175 DEG FOR 45 MINUTES.
  15. THEY ARE GETTING BAKED PERFECT.
  16. KEEP THE BUN TRAY OUT, ALLOW TO COME UNDER ROOM TEMP.
  17. GREASE BUTTER ON TOP OF THE BUNS.
  18. DEMOULD THE BUNS
  19. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY SOFT AND FLUFFY.
  20. DELICIOUS
