Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Coconut milling 1cup
  2. Rice flour 2cup
  3. Moong dhal 3tbs
  4. Bengal gram3 tbs
  5. Ghee or Gingelly oil 6tbs
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Water2 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. First two dhal soak two hours
  2. Take one pan rice flour,salt,2tbs oil and add water dissolved batter
  3. Now heat low flame the pan Mix to the batter use to long spoon.
  4. 5to 7 minutes It's comes to gel. or like a halwa consistency
  5. Tough your hand no stick. Switch off your stove. Come to soft after add 2 tbs oil. Close to plate 10 minutes
  6. Now add soaked dhal remove water.
  7. Add coconut
  8. Mix to all. Now apply your hand little oil. Now make small ball. Press your hand come to idli shape
  9. Now put the idli cooker keep air boil 10 minutes
  10. Now ready to serve coconut chutney or tomato ketchup
