Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Moong dal boiled - 1 cup
  2. Bread slices - 4
  3. Mint leaves
  4. Green chilli
  5. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cucumber - chopped
  7. Tomatoes - chopped
  8. peanut
  9. Salt
  10. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  11. Bhujia
  12. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Take a mixie jar add moong dal bread slices green chilli mint leaves garam masala and salt and blend it into smoothly paste
  2. Take the small dumpling of the paste and give the katori shape using a silicon muffins bake this katori for 15 min
  3. Now take a bowl add cucumber chopped tomatoes,green chilli, peanut, ,salt, lime juice and mix it well now add mayonnaise to it and mix it well filled this mixture into baked katori sprinkle Bhujia and serve it yummy yummy katori.
