  • turmeric powder -1/2spn
  • chilli powder-3spn
  • pepper powder-2spn
  • cumin pwdr-2spn
  • fennel powder-2spn
  • gram flour-2spn
  • cornflour-2spn
  • coconut oil
  • ginger garlic paste -1lspn

How to make Restaurant style anchovies fry

  1. ADD SALT, 1/4SPN TURMERIC POWDER AND 2SPN TAMARIND OR LEMON JUICE TO FISH
  2. MIX WELL
  3. ADD 1SPN GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND MARINATE IT FOR 10MINS
  4. NEXT ADD SPICE POWDERS ONE BY ONE
  5. ADD GRAM FLOUR AND CORN FLOUR AND MIX WELL, SPRINKLE 2DROPS WATER AND MIX
  6. MARINATE IT FOR 1-2HOURS IN FRIDGE
  7. HEAT A PAN ADD COCONUT OIL, HEAT IT
  8. PLACE FISH ONE BY ONE AND FRY
  9. AFTER 2MINS FLIP IT
  10. AGAIN FLIP AND FRY FOR ANOTHER 2MINS
  11. WHEN FISH TURNS CRISPY TRANFER TO PLATE
  12. RESTAURANT STYLE FISH FRY IS READY
