About Moong sprout and Egg Salad Recipe

This salad contains a good quantity of protein because of moong sprout and egg. Eggs mainly egg white is a good source of protein as well as moong sprouts also a good vegetarian source of protein.

Ingredients to make Moong sprout and Egg Salad

  • Lightly boiled moong sprout 1 cup
  • Vegetable mayonnaise 1 and 1/2 table spoon
  • Hard boiled egg white of 2 eggs chopped
  • Hard boiled egg yolk of 1 egg
  • Chopped tomatoes 1 small to medium size
  • Salt and pepper as required
  • White viniger 1 table spoon
  • Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped red and green fresh cilli 2 or as per your taste
  • Freshly chopped coriander

How to make Moong sprout and Egg Salad

  1. SOAK CHOPPED GREEN AND RED CILLI AND CHOPPED GARLIC IN CILLI VINIGER
  2. IN A MIXING BOWL TAKE VEG MAYONNAISE
  3. ADD EGG YOLKS AND MIX
  4. ADD SALT AND PEPPER
  5. ADD BOILED SPROUT MIX ADD CILLI GARLIC VINIGER MIX
  6. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES
  7. ADD CHOPPED EGG WHITE
  8. SPREAD CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER
  9. SERVE IT
