Blackberry / Black Plum / Jamun a very well known fruit in India. It tastes really good. Its texture is little sour and sweet. Blackberry is a fruit with a purple colour. You can buy it in the rainy season. Do you know you can make a fabulous drink with black plum? It is very easy and healthy. If your kids/family members always denied eating Jamun then you can serve this. Trust me, your kids will fall in love with this.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Bowl Blackberry
  2. 2 bowl water
  3. 2 table spoon sugar
  4. Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Firstly wash blackberries nicely.
  2. In a pan add blackberry and 2 bowl water. Now boil them on a low flame.
  3. After 10 minutes pulp will be separated from its seeds. Now add sugar cover it with lid for 5 minutes. Sugar will dissolve in water completely.
  4. Now off the flame and let it cool.
  5. Now mash the blackberries with hand and separate the pulp with seeds.
  6. Strain it in a pan so that pulp liquid will be dropped in the pan. Add ice cubes to make it chilled.
  7. Pour in a glass and serve chilled.
