  1. HEAT A PAN ADD GINGELLY OIL AND HEAT IT
  2. ADD 1SPOON MUSTAR, FENUGREEK AND CUMIN SEEDS
  3. WHEN IT SPLUTTERS ADD ONION, GARLIC, CHILLI AND CURRY LEAVES
  4. ADD SALT AND COOK
  5. WHEN ONION HALF COOKED ADD TOMATO PUREE
  6. AFTER 2MINS ADD 2-3TBLSPN CURRY MASALA (KULAMBU MASALA) AND LITTLE WATER & MIX WELL
  7. NOW ADD TAMARIND JUICE AND MIX WELL, COOK IT FOR 5MINS TILL RAW SMELL WENT
  8. NOW ADD FISH PIECES AND COOK FOR 2MINS
  9. NEXT ADD SALT FOR FISH, CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 8MINS
  10. AFTER PUT IN VERY LOW FLAME AND COOK FOR 8MINS
  11. WHEN OIL LEAVES OUT AND CURRY BECOME THICK CONSISTENCY SWITCH OFF THE FLAME.
