Inspired from Thai salad Som tam

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw papaya 1
  2. Beans
  3. Carrot 1
  4. Garlic pods 2
  5. Peanuts..... few
  6. Soya sauce 1tsp
  7. Jaggery
  8. Rock salt
  9. Red chilly
  10. Mustard oil few drops

Instructions

  1. Cut the veggies in thin strips
  2. Blanch the veggies in hot water retaining their crunch
  3. Prepare the dressing
  4. Mix the garlic, chilly, salt, jaggery, mustard oil nd soya sauce in a morter nd pestle or a grinder into a fine paste
  5. Gently toss the veggies with the dressing
  6. Coarsely grind the peanuts and sprinkle them on the salad
