ABOUT Sweet n Sour Mac and Cheese cups RECIPE

Macaroni cooked in creamy evaporated milk and cheese. Sprinkled with sugar and amchur powder

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Macaroni 1/2 cup
  2. Evaporated milk 100 ml
  3. Butter unsalted 1 tbsp
  4. Mild Swiss cheese slices 1
  5. Sugar 2 tbsp
  6. Amchur powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cook the macroni as per instructions on the box
  2. Saute the cooked pasta in butter
  3. Cook in evaporated milk
  4. Make small pieces of the cheese slices and add to the pasta
  5. Put in paper cups
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when hot so that it melts
  7. Sprinkle little amchur powder for a sour taste
