ABOUT Bread butter pudding RECIPE

Easy to make and in this recipe we can use our dry leftover bread.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices 4 number
  2. Hot milk 250 ml
  3. Sugar 55 gram
  4. Egg whole 2 number
  5. Butter 40 gram
  6. Vanilla extract few drops
  7. Pista for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut bread slices in triangles
  2. Grease baking mould with butter and arrange bread slices
  3. Take a hot milk and add sugar on it risk well keep a side let it cool.
  4. Break two number of egg in another bowl add Vanilla extract on it and stain.
  5. Add egg mixture in milk wisk well.
  6. Cut butter slices or cube arrange in a baking mould with breads.
  7. Put milk mix in baking mould give rest for 10 minutes .
  8. Preheat oven in 180 degree Celsius for 12 to 15 minutes.
  9. Bake until it's give golden colour garnish with chop pista Serve hot.
