Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 bowl bengal gram flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 5to6 green chillies chopped
  4. 1 cup coriander chopped
  5. 1 cup curry leaves
  6. 1tsp ajjwain
  7. 1tsp black peppercorns
  8. 1tsp Fennel seeds
  9. 2 to 3 onions chopped
  10. 1 capsicum chopped
  11. Oil for frying
  12. 1tsp rice flour
  13. 1 slab panneer chopped
  14. 3 carrots grated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add bengal gram flour add salt, peppercorns, fennel seeds, onion, capsicum, paneer, coriander, green chillies, curry leaves, rice flour.
  2. Mix well add water to make it a thick consistency.
  3. Then take little by little and deep fry it. Serve hot.
