Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 10 bread slices
  2. 4 boiled potatoes
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil for frying
  5. Little water
  6. 1/2 bowl boiled peas
  7. 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  8. 1.5 tea spoon red chili powder
  9. 1.5 tea spoon garam masala
  10. 1 tea spoon amchur powder
  11. 1 chopped onion
  12. 1 chopped green chilli
  13. 1 grated ginger
  14. Grated cheese
  15. Grated paneer
  16. Chopped green coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take kadai put oil add green chillies, ginger and chopped onion and saute till golden brown
  2. Add boiled potatoes, peas, cheese, paneer and mix well
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and amchur powder mix well
  4. Take bread slices remove it's side and make it thin by rolling belan
  5. Put the mixture in between and dab little water on all sides
  6. Cover it and make it like pocket
  7. Deep fry in oil and serve with sauce green coriander chutney and imli saunth
