Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 gm Grated sookha nariyal
  2. 400gm sugar(as per your taste)
  3. 50gm roasted and grinded makhana
  4. Coarsely grinded cashew nuts and almond
  5. 2 table spoon ghee
  6. Roasted Muskmelon seeds(magaj)

Instructions

  1. Roast sookha nariyal in 2 table spoon ghee
  2. Make ek taar chashni
  3. Put all the ingredients in d chashni and mix well
  4. Grease the tray or plate or use butter paper
  5. Spread the entire mixture and level it and cut into pieces
  6. Nariyal barfi ready
