ABOUT Biscuit Cake RECIPE

Chocolate cake made from biscuits, gems, and shots

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 packs of oreo biscuit, 1 packet of parle g, 1 packet of hide and seek
  2. 4 spoon sugar
  3. 1/3 spoon of baking powder/eno
  4. 1 cup of milk
  5. 2 packet of gems, shots
  6. half spoon ghee

Instructions

  1. Crush biscuits in a mixer.
  2. Take out crushed biscuits in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, sugar, and baking powder in it.
  4. Mix it well and make a thick paste.
  5. Use idli stand if you do not have a microwave.
  6. Apply ghee on the idli plates, so that you can take out cake easily.
  7. Pour the batter into plates.
  8. Add water in idli maker.
  9. Heat it for 10 to 15 min on high flame.
  10. After taking out cake from the idli maker immediately keep the plates into freezer for 20 min.
  11. After 20 min take them out, add crushed gems and shots on it as topping and enjoy the cake.
