Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Add a layer of 1/8 C oil , 2 tbsp wate
  2. Layer 1. onions finely chopped 1/2 C
  3. layer 2.chopped green onions 1/2C
  4. layer3.Tomatoes 1C
  5. layer 4.Baingan peel n chopped 300 gms
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  7. Garlic chilli Chutney 1 tsp
  8. chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. salt as per taste
  10. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  11. Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Layer in 2ltr pc as given below, no need to saute . L1- 1/8C oil L2- 2 tsp water L3- 1/2 C onion and 1/2 C spring onions L4- 1 C tomatoes L5- 300 gm peeled n chopped baingan L6- Garlic chilli paste, chilli powder, salt, turmeric,garam masala, coriander cumin powder. Add 2 tsp oil on masala. close pressure cooker n cook for exactly 7 to 8 min. go on smell. Open pc n mash all. Garnish with coriander leaves.
