Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4-5 Big red tomato
  2. 2 cup macroni or any pasta
  3. 4 cup water
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 3 tsp butter
  6. 3 tsp all purpose flour
  7. 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  8. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  9. 2 tsp mix herbs
  10. 2 tsp garlic powder
  11. 1 tsp onion powder
  12. 1/4 cup fresh cream
  13. 3 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta for 12 min then drain it and pour cold water.
  2. Take a pan add butter and all purpose flour and cook it for 2-3 min then add milk and stir it to avoid lumps then add salt ,mix herbs ,garlic, onion powder and cook it till it become thick then switch off flame and then add cheese and mix it then pour boiled pasta and stir it.
  3. Scoop all pulp from tomato and fill it with pasta filling and top it with more cheese and bread crumbs and then brush oil on outside of tomato and bake it for 12 min at 180.c .
  4. Garnish with fresh basil and serve it with and sauce or mayonaisse.
