Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cup rice flour
  2. 2 grated patato
  3. 2 Crushed chillies
  4. A pinch of fulkhar
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 7 cup water

Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes wash them properly remove starch
  2. Add water flour and potatoes with remaining ingredients mix well
  3. Boli the mixture untill it is thick
  4. It will take 20 minutes in high medium flame
  5. Let it cool down for 10 minutes
  6. Take a tericoat or suti cloth sprinkle water and make it wet but not too much
  7. Now with the help of fingers make small puff
  8. Give 1-2day sunlight and when it is dry turn the cloth sprinkle water in it will be easy to take it out
  9. Now let it dry for 3-5 days in sunlight
  10. Once it is dry deep fry and serve
  11. Keep the rest in container and use when u want
