Here I have mingled Pasta the staple food of Italian cuisine with Aaloo tikki which is from Indian cuisine

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Macroni boiled 1 cup.
  2. Broccoli florets 1/4 cup. ( Grated)
  3. Carrot grated 1/4 cup.
  4. Butter 1 tbsp.
  5. Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  6. Peper powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Paperika powder to taste.
  8. Sesame seeds roasted 1 tsp.
  9. Parmesan cheese powder 1 tbsp.
  10. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp.
  11. Potatoes boiled 4
  12. Corn flour 2 tbsp.+ 1 tbsp if needed.
  13. Salt to taste.
  14. Oil 1 tbsp.
  15. Oil for shallow fry.

Instructions

  1. To make stuffings.
  2. Chop mecoroni in small bites.
  3. Heat butter in a pan. Stir fry grated Broccoli and Carrot.
  4. Add roasted garlic flakes
  5. Add Salt , pepper. Stir fry for 2 minutes and add macroni.
  6. Turn off gas. Add sesame seeds, peparika powder, Italian seasoning and mix well.
  7. Add oatmeal cheese powder. Add coriander leaves.
  8. Your stuffing is ready.
  9. Grate boiled potatoes. Add salt to taste. Add oil.
  10. Add Cornflour.
  11. Mix and make a dough. Now make big size balls of potato mix.
  12. Take a ball and stuff with macaroni mixture.
  13. Close and seal properly. Press between palma to give shape of Tikki.
  14. Heat oil in nonstick pan and shallow fry.
  15. Enjoy with Tomato ketchup.
