Dry Chilli Chicken

Ingredients to make Dry Chilli Chicken

  • 500 gm thigh chicken boneless
  • For Marination
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1 /2 egg
  • 2-3 tbsp cornflour
  • For gravy
  • 1-2 diced capsicum
  • 3-4 diced onions
  • Chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 Chopped green chillies

How to make Dry Chilli Chicken

  1. Take boneless chicken pieces add all the marinate ingredients. Keep aside for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the air fryer at 180 C for 5 minutes. Put chicken pieces in it and air fry it at 180 C for 7-8 minutes. Turn the side and apply butter and air fry it for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Take karahi put oil add chopped garlic and onions saut till translucent and add capsicum,green chillies. Cook for few minutes. Add chicken pieces and saut for 2-3 minutes. Add vinegar and soya sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes
  4. Serve hot

My Tip:

Marinate for atleast 2 hours.
