Poha cutlet is very delicious snack.And it's very easy to make.  Today again i am sharing a very simple recipe. Its an easy to make and easy to eat :grinning::heart_eyes: Poha cutlet is an easy snack that can be serve as a brunch or also as a starter. Poha cutlet is make from boiled potatoes,soaked poha,carrot,paneer. Cutlet is loved by everyone who hates to have veggies like spinach,peas and capsicum then you can add in cutlet.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Poha - 1 cup
  2. Boil potato - 2 (pealed and mash)
  3. Carrot -1 (pealed and grated)
  4. Cottage cheese (paneer) -1/2 cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  6. Coriander leaves as needed
  7. Onion -1 (optional)
  8. Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt as required
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  12. Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
  13. Lemon juice - 1/2 tablespoon
  14. Cornflour - 2 or 3 tablespoon
  15. Sesame seeds for coating
  16. Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Take poha,rines it and soak the poha in water for 2 minutes.
  2. Then drain all water and soak poha for 10 minutes.
  3. In bowl add soaked poha,boiled potatoes,grated carrot,grated paneer,ginger-garlic paste, coriander.
  4. Also add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,dry mango powder,chaat masala,lemon juice.
  5. Mix everything very well,add cornflour and mix again.
  6. Shape into small cutlets and as you like.
  7. Now coat cutlet in sesame seeds or bread crumbs.and keep aside for 2 minutes.
  8. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets until it becomes golden brown.
