Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Chicken pieces cut in small size boneless
  2. 1 cup yellow bellpeppers cut into small pieces
  3. 1 cup red bellpepper cut into small pieces
  4. 1 tomato finely chopped
  5. 1 onion finely chopped
  6. 1 bunch of lettuce leaves
  7. 2 tsp oil
  8. Salt to taste
  9. A pinch of pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  1. First either pressure cook or boil the chicken with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan, add oil, onions and add tomatoes. Saute till tomatoes start leaving water then add bell peppers. Do not overcook just saute for 2 minutes then add chilli powder and turmeric powder. Add chicken pieces but do not add any water.
  3. Saute for 2 minutes. Add salt as per taste. Finally turn off the gas.
  4. Wash the lettuce leaves spread the above mixture and just roll them. Serve hot.
