Chicken in fresh cream and nuts

Ingredients Serving: 8

For Marination:
Chicken 250 gms
Fresh cream 2-3 tsp
Curd 50 gms
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilly chopped 2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt as required
For cream:
Fresh cream 2-3 tbsp
Curd 150 gms
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
For Tempering:
Dry fruits (almonds, cashews) as needed
Butter 2-3 tbsp

Instructions

Marinate the chicken in the above ingredients and refrigerate it for some time.
Grill the chicken by applying butter on it.
Prepare the cream by whipping curd, sugar and cream together in a bowl. Add the cabbage later so that it remains a little crispy.
Heat butter in a pan. Add nuts, stir then add the grilled chicken and the prepared cream (You can keep half of the prepared cream and serve it separately) and toss well.
Serve hot.
