Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken 250 gms
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  3. Garam masala pwdr 1/2 tsp
  4. Black salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Green chilly paste1 tsp
  6. Onion 1
  7. Poppy seeds 1/2 tsp
  8. Sesame seeds1/2 tsp
  9. Almonds 8 - 10
  10. Cashews 8 - 10
  11. Fresh cream 1 tbsp
  12. Curd 1/2 tbsp
  13. Coriander leaves a fistful
  14. Mint leaves a fistful
  15. Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp
  16. Butter 1 tbsp + more for basting
  17. Brown colour 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mince the chicken with all the masalas except curd, butter, fresh cream, coriander and mint leaves.
  2. In a bowl mix curd fresh cream and finely chopped leaves.
  3. Add the minced chicken and mix well.
  4. Keep aside for about 1 hour.
  5. Heat the tandoor and put the chicken mix on the skewers and cook till tender.
  6. Baste with butter while cooking.
  7. Serve hot with mint chutney and round cut onions.
