Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Sattu flour
  2. 1/4 cup ghee
  3. 1/2 cup powdered sugar - adjust
  4. 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  5. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions

  1. Heat Ghee in a pan.Add nuts of your choice and roast until golden brown.Take it out and keep aside
  2. Add flour to same pan. Roast until aromatic

  4. Add powdered sugar and stir well. Switch off
  5. Add cardamom and nuts. Mix well. Cool to room temperature
  6. Generously grease palms and take small amount of mixture and shape into Laddos. Incase you are unable to shape, add little melted ghee to mixture and stir well.
  7. Store in airtight container upto 2-3 days
