Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maida - 1 1/4 cups
  2. Yeast - 2 tsp
  3. Milk - 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar - 1 tsp
  5. Olive oil as required
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Cooked chicken (Boneless chicken cooked in ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, salt and a little oil) - 1 cup
  8. Oregano as per taste
  9. Chilli Flakes as per taste
  10. Grated cheese 2 cubes
  11. Chopped onion - 1
  12. Chopped bell peppers - 1

Instructions

  1. To make the dough, activate the yeast using warm milk and sugar. Once activated, mix it with flour, salt and knead a soft dough. Apply some oil and leave it to rise, in a warm environment.
  2. After 2 hours, roll the dough and place it in the greased tarts case. Cut the extra dough hanging out of the case.
  3. Put some cooked chicken, chopped onion, bell peppers, grated cheese. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes. Bake them at 220 degree centigrade for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Line a tray with butter paper, make markings of circle on it. Put grated cheese in the marked circle and grill them in a preheated oven at 220 degree centigrade for 5 minutes.
  5. Cool them for a minute and with the help of a knife, lift it and place it on a cylindrical surface like a rolling pin. Let it cool, so that it forms the shape of a twirl.
  6. To assemble, take a pizza tart, put a dollop of mayonnaise on it and garnish it with the twirl.
