Pasta in creamy peas sauce, a simple, delicious and creamy pasta recipe without any cheese or cream.Don't underestimate this pasta recipe with the minimal ingredients, it tastes absolutely delicious with sweet flavor of peas.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Fettuccine Pasta - 2oz(56 gms approx)
  2. peas - 1/2 to 2/3 cup
  3. onion - 1 (small)
  4. garlic - 1 cloves
  5. Salt & pepper - to taste
  6. olive Oil - 2 tsp


  1. First bring a pot of water into boil, add salt & pasta and cook the pasta as per the package instructions.Drain the pasta and keep it aside.Reserve 1/2 cup of cooked pasta water.
  2. Finely chop the onions & garlic into small pieces, heat the pan with olive oil and add the onions & garlic.Saute till the onions becomes translucent,then add the peas & saute it in oil for 2 mins.
  3. Then add the enough salt & pepper and 1/2 cup of water and cook the peas till it becomes soft.
  4. Once the peas is completely cooked, add 1/2 of the cooked peas mixture into mixie/blender jar and grind into smooth paste and add it back into the pan.
  5. Add the pasta cooked water(as needed) and again bring the mixture into low boil,keep the flame in low and added the cooked pasta.Mix it gently and it's ready to serve
