ABOUT Nutrela Soya Momos RECIPE

The healthy steamed piping hot momos when served with hot schezwan sauce. Nothing beats the fun!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  3. 1 tsp soya sauce
  4. 1 medium onion chopped
  5. 100 grams soya granules
  6. 1 tsp oil
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 cup all purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Kneab whole wheat and all purpose flour by adding salt and oil and keep aside.
  2. For fillings: boil soya granules in water for 5 minutes, squeeze the water from it and add onions, soya sauce, salt , black pepper to it.
  3. Roll the dough into thin puri size and fill it with the stuffing.
  4. Steam it for 15 minutes and serve it hot with schezwan sauce.
