Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 200 gms
  2. Onion paste 1 tbsp
  3. Tomato puree 1 tbsp
  4. Cream 4 tsp
  5. Red chilli 2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. Shahi paneer masala 2 tbsp
  8. Bay leaf 1
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Water 1/2 cup
  11. Milk 4 tbsp
  12. Oil 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a kadai, add bay leaf, onion paste and cook well. Add all the dry spices and cook till oil separates.
  2. Add tomato puree and cook again till oil separates. Add cream and cook till oil separates.
  3. Add paneer and mix well.
  4. Add milk mix with water, add to the paneer to make the gravy. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Enjoy with paratha or jeera rice.
