Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Puff Pastry - 1 Sheet (Thawed)
  2. Milk - For Brushing
  3. For filling :
  4. Ghee - 1 tsp
  5. Grated Fresh Coocnut - 1/2 cup
  6. Raisin - 1 tbsp
  7. Cashews - 8 (broken)
  8. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  9. Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
  10. Tutti fruity - 5 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan add the ghee, fry the raisins and cashews until golden brown, immediately add the grated coconut. Saute it for 1- 2 seconds. Add the sugar, mix well and turn off the flame. Now add the tutti frutti and cardamom powder.
  2. Mix it and the filling is ready. Take the puff sheet with the help of a round cutter cut into two shapes one big and other a bit smaller than the first one.
  3. Preheat heat the oven at 210 degree centigrade. Take the big circle sheet, place in the baking tray with parchment paper. Place the filling and now put the smaller circle on the top of the filling.
  4. Seal the edges carefully and press with the fork all over the edges. Brush with milk and bake it for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Slice and serve warm.
