Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 250 Grams
  2. Dry Fenugreek Leave (Kasuri Methi) - 10 Grams Finely chopped
  3. Green Coriander (Barik Kata Hara Dhaniya) - 1 Bunch
  4. Caraway Seeds (Ajwain) - 1 Tea Spoon
  5. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1 Tea Spoon
  6. Finely Chopped Curry Leave (Barik Kata Curry Patta) - 10 to 15
  7. Salt - According to Taste
  8. Oil - As per Requirement

Instructions

  1. In bowl add all-purpose flour, finely chopped green coriander & curry leaves, dry fenugreek leaves, cumin & caraway seeds, 2 table spoon add oil and salt according to taste. Mix all ingredients
  2. Knead a tight dough by adding water as per requirement. Rest the dough for 20 minutes
  3. Divide the dough in equal portion. With the rolling pin make thin puri of 3 to 4 inches all them to rest for at least for 10 minutes
  4. Heat oil in a kadai, once the oil is hot, add puri. Fry them till they turn golden brown
  5. Now the dish ready to be served with hot cup of Adrakwali Chai
