Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 pieces chicken wings full part
  2. For stuffing, 1 tsp olive oil
  3. 2 garlic nicely chopped
  4. 1/4 inch ginger chopped
  5. 1 tbsp onion chopped
  6. 1 green chilli chopped
  7. 1 bowl spinach chopped
  8. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  9. 1/8 tsp salt1 tbsp corriender
  10. 1 tbsp chopped pistachio
  11. 1 tbsp maava
  12. 1 and 1/2 tbsp paneer
  13. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  16. 1 tbsp butter
  17. For Greasing, 1 tsp butter
  18. 1 tsp lemon juice
  19. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  20. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  21. Salt as per taste
  22. 2 chopped garlic
  23. For Dressing, 1 tbsp chopped tomato
  24. 1 tbsp chopped onion
  25. 1 and 1/2 tbsp apple chunks
  26. 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  27. 2 olive chopped
  28. 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
  29. 1 tsp lemon juice
  30. 1 tbsp mayonaise
  31. 1 tsp olive oil
  32. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  33. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 TSP OLIVE OIL IN A PAN AND ADD 2 NICELY CHOPPED GARLIC IN THIS
  2. NOW ADD 1/4 INCH NICELY CHOPPED GINGER
  3. ADD 1 TBSP NICELY CHOPPED ONION
  4. SAUTE IT
  5. NOW ADD 1 GREEN CHILLI NICELY CHOPPED
  6. AND 1 BOWL SPINACH
  7. STIR IT TILL ALL MOISTURE REMOVE
  8. NOW ADD 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  9. 1/8 TSP SALT,MIX IT AND TRANSFER IN A BOWL
  10. NOW ADD 1 TBSP FRESH CHOPPED CORRIENDER
  11. 1 TBSP CHOPPED PISTACHIO
  12. 1 TBSP MAAVA
  13. 1 AND 1/2 TBSP PANEER
  14. 1 TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
  15. SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
  16. 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA
  17. 1 TBSP BUTTER
  18. MIX ALL NOW PREPARE THE FILLING MIXTURE
  19. MAKE CUTS ON WINGS PART AND FILL THE PANEER AND SPINACH MIXTURE IN IT
  20. WHEN FILL THE MIXTURE KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MINUTES FOR MARINATE
  21. FOR GREASING, TAKE 1 TSP BUTTER ADD 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
  22. 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
  23. 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  24. SALT AS PER TASTE
  25. 2 CHOPPED GARLIC AND MIX ALL
  26. LINED A BAKING DISH WITH ALUMINIUM FOIL,PLACE THE FILLED CHICKEN WINGS AND GREASE THE BUTTER MIXTURE
  27. SPRINKLE SOME SCALIONS OVER IT AND COVER IT
  28. NOW BAKE THIS AT PREHEATED OVEN AT 200* TO 210* FOR 25 TO 30 MIN OR TILL CHICKEN COOK
  29. FOR DRESSING, TAKE 1 TBSP CHOPPED TOMATO IN A BOWL
  30. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED ONION
  31. 1 AND 1/2 TBSP CHOPPED APPLE CHUNKS
  32. 1 TBSP POMEGRANATE SEEDS
  33. 2 OLIVES CHOPPED
  34. 1 TSP ROASTED SESAME SEEDS
  35. 1 TAP LEMON JUICE
  36. 1 TBSP MAYONNAISE
  37. 1 TSP OLIVE OIL
  38. 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  39. 1/8 TSP SALT OR ADD OR LESS ACCORDING TO TASTE ABD MIX WELL
  40. WHEN CHICKEN DONE LEFT IT OUT
  41. TRANSFER IN SERVING PLATE AND POUR REMANING COOKED GRAVY OF OVER THE IT
  42. ADJUST DRESSING OVER THE TOP IT WITH LEMON WEDGES
